Hello!  I have been involved in fitness most of my life in one way or another.  I was born and raised in Los Angeles California and I have been in Dallas for 13 years.  Seven years ago I began personal training and life coaching people. 

I have a no-nonsense approach and attitude and strive to motivate people with my high energy personality.  I love challenging people to change not only physically but mentally as well.  Whether working with individuals one-on-one or with a group, I believe exercise needs to be fun and different and I try to accomplish that on a consistent basis.  I have certifications in Personal Training, Kick Boxing, Group Fitness, Zumba, and Zumba Toning to plan workouts for all ages and abilities. 

Dina is a current substitute instructor for Zumba Fitness & Zumba Toning classes in Allen, Murphy and Plano.
