L.E.A.N. ESSENTIALS is a one-time, two-hour workshop that introduces the basic concepts of L.E.A.N. and is also available as 1 to 2-hour private session(s) with or without children in attendance. This option is ideal for busy parents who want to know more about the benefits of good nutrition in a shorter amount of time. L.E.A.N. programs can only be facilitated by a Dr. Sears Certified Coach.  Based on availability, private workshops may be scheduled for your family, group or workplace.

L.E.A.N. START is a workshop series for parents or caregivers of children ages 3-12 available online as a coach facilitated e-learning program or as a workshop series in a 3 session, two hour format or 6 session, 1 hour format. Parents and caregivers attend workshops designed just for adults or workshops designed for parents and their children. Each class includes fun, interactive activities and discussion, lots of healthy snacks, and engaging, family-friendly DVD segments. Participants also receive an 80-page Parents’ and Caregivers’ Guide, along with an activity book for their children.  Based on availability, a private series of training sessions may be scheduled for your family, group or workplace.
