PRIVATE CLASS & SERVICE POLICY - Effective 1/15/12 and subject to change at any time
SCHEDULING, DEPOSIT & PAYMENT A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of scheduling or within 24-hours of scheduling, to onfirm and initiate service(s) - $20 for personal or private service for 1-2 individuals, $35 for any group service, 3+ participants. Deposits incur an additional charge of $15 if a weekend is included among scheduled dates. Appointments are not confirmed, secured or guaranteed and subject to being filled if a deposit is not received in advance. Retention of a deposit is required for the duration of services. Deposit may be made on online via Credit card or Paypal or over the phone with a credit card or by mailed check. Deposit will be applied to final balance due for payment.
To schedule recurring appointments, a deposit is still required to schedule, at the time of scheduling or within 24-hours of scheduling, to confirm and initiate service(s). Payment in advance, for a minimum of 4 appointments, is required no later than the 1st scheduled appointment. To continue scheduling multiple appointments or renew recurring appointments and receive applicable discount, payment is due at the time of the last paid appointment scheduled or no later than the 1st renewed recurrence.
RESCHEDULING REQUEST(S), CANCELLATION(S) and APPLICABLE FEES We request client(s) extend the courtesy of advance notice for cancellations and/or request rescheduling. Rescheduling requests and cancellations without appropriate notice will incur a fee as follows: - Personal/private services - less than 24-hours notice = $10; less than 12-hours notice = $15; less than 8-hours notice = $20 - Group services with less than 72-hours notice = $15; less than 48-hours notice = $25; less than 24-hours notice = $35
Any applicable fees are due on or before next scheduled service date. There are no “make-ups” or refunds for individuals that miss their group’s private session(s) scheduled. Group participant(s) may schedule a prvate session at a reduced rate to “make-up”, based on trainer availability.
Should a Group (services at their site) need to reschedule or cancel due to a facility scheduling conflict, notice is still required and option(s) for make-up will be presented based on instructor/trainer availablity (max of 2 make-up dates per quarter). Should the cancellation occur based client/facility inclement weather policy, applicable rescheduling/cancellation fee will be waived. Cancellations by assigned instructor/trainer may occur due to illness, injury or emergency situations. In such case Compliments LLC may provide a substitute instructor/ trainer if available. Cancellations by assigned instructor/trainer due to inclement weather will be rescheduled.
Should a client need to cancel multiple pre-paid appointment(s) due to illness, injury, relocation, emergency situation, or other reason, a written request for cancellation is required and a refund, if applicable, may be issued after a written request for cancellation has been received. Refunds will be issued within 30 days following receipt of request for cancellation minus any applicable fees for reschedule requests or cancellations and a 15% processing & administration fee. Different terms are applicable to workplace wellness services.
LOCATION, COMMUTE & TRAVEL Appointments are scheduled to occur at client’s location (home, office or HOA/residential community center), Oak Point Center (as applicable for personal training) or a private location provided by Compliments LLC (East Allen). Different terms applicable to workplace wellness services. Fees are applicable to sessions that take place beyond a 12-mile radius of Allen (75002) - $10 per round trip for 12 to 17-miles. $15 per round trip for 18 to 23-miles. Applicable fees are due at time of service. Contact us for quote for further distances.
DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS: Standard 10% discounts are applicable, unless noted otherwise, for each of the following: - 1st purchase of personal/private group service(s) - current community class participant/registrant - over 55 years of age - renewal of private service(s) within 30 days of last service - auto charge/debit for services (credit/debit card in system)
Multiple discounts may be grouped together or combined with a promotion, as applicable, but may not exceed a combined total discount of 20%. Discount offer may be excluded, not applicable, to some promotions. Auto-billing/credit card charges occur 48-hours in advance for group services and 24-hours in advance for personal services. Discounts are not applicable to facility/location usage fees incurred, cost of materials, workbooks and food unless noted otherwise. Commute & travel fees are excluded from special promotions and discount offers. Refer your friends and we'll add referral bonus $ to your account - $10 per new service client or $20 per recurring services client. Referral bonus is not applicable to community classes.
EQUIPMENT Fitness Training: Clients are encouraged to invest in their own padded/fitness mat. Trainer will provide, at no additional cost, basic equipment and additional equipment that may be used to meet client's specific needs and goals. Sessions that require trainer to provide basic equipment for 3 or more participants may incur a nominal fee (loading, unloading, storage, wear/ depreciation/ damage) payable at time of service.
Dance Lesson/ Choreography/ Event: Compliments LLC will provide at no additional cost, portable stereo system with 2 speakers. Microphone and extra speakers are not included but may be provided for an additional fee.
PAYMENT METHODS Cash, Credit/Debit Cards and Checks Accepted. Make checks payable to Compliments LLC. There is a $15 fee for returned checks and/or chargebacks.
